Arthur Goodman is a CEO and Executive Producer focused on helping creative organizations scale with clarity—through strong operations, intentional structure, and disciplined execution.
His work sits at the intersection of creative vision and operational rigor. He builds systems that increase brand value, improve productivity, and support sustainable growth, allowing teams to stay focused while moving faster and smarter.
Arthur is currently a Partner, CEO, and Executive Producer at Oxenfree Film & Motion, an award-winning creative video agency producing cinematic films and motion graphics for brands, agencies, and organizations nationwide.
Previously, Arthur served as COO at RedFork Marketing, where he led internal operations including accounting, HR, workflow development, and early-stage business development for small and mid-sized brands. In 2019, he founded AGMG, a business consulting practice through which he advised creative and cultural organizations on systems, financial organization, and operational structure.
Earlier in his career, Arthur worked at Apple, supporting standard and custom business solutions while helping develop more efficient workflows for Apple Retail Business Teams across Florida and Georgia. In parallel, he spent nearly a decade in leadership roles with Infinity Percussion, including Director of Ensembles and Director of Marketing for a nationally recognized nonprofit arts organization.
Beyond client and company work, Arthur is deeply invested in the creative community. He currently serves as the Immediate Past President and Film Committee Founder of AAF Orlando, as well as the President’s Council Chair for AAF District 4. He remains an active Partner at RedFork Marketing and has previously held leadership roles including DEI Committee Chair for AAF Orlando, District 4 DEI Committee Member, and Secretary of Snap! Orlando.
